VISION/MISSION

VISION

By 2026, our church will follow a pattern of spiritual formation in one another that brings hope to broken lives where individuals and families pass on a spiritual heritage.

MISSION

"Sharing Life, Sharing Christ"

"Because we we loved you so much, we were delighted

to share with you not only the gospel of God

but our lives as well."  - 1 Thessalonians 1:8

OUR STRATEGY

The process that demonstrates how we will accomplish our

mission of "Sharing Life, Sharing Christ" at the broadest level.

THE REALITY OF GOD THROUGH JESUS

WITH OTHERS IN A COMMUNITY OF FAITH

IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD AND HIS WORD

THE WORLD BY DEMONSTRATING THE LOVE OF CHRIST

MEASURES

Measures are a set of attributes in an individual’s life that define accomplishment of our mission of "Sharing Life, Sharing Christ." They create the church's portrait of a disciple of Christ and the definition of spiritual maturity.

"Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." -  Ephesians 4:13

  • gENERATIONS TOGETHER

Demonstrated by creating environments for building intentional relationships across generations.

Psalm 145:4-7 – One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts. 5 They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty— and I will meditate on your wonderful works. i 6 They tell of the power of your awesome works— and I will proclaim your great deeds. 7 They celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
  • EQUIPPING ONE ANOTHER

Demonstrated by helping others discover and live in to God’s purpose for their lives.

Ephesians 4:16 - From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

  • GENEROUS LIVING

Demonstrated by the giving of time, talents, gifts, and resources within the church and beyond to build God’s Kingdom.

2 Cor. 9:8,11 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work…11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion.

  • community engagement

2 Cor. 5:18-20 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
